How long will it take to get my box/feeder?
All boxes and feeders are built and shipped via UPS Ground from the east coast within 3-5 business days. A tracking number is assigned to every order that goes out.
How long will it take to get my small package?
All small packages, decals and other gifts are sent out USPS with tracking.
Can you personalize an item?
Yes, most items are made to order and can be personalized for a small fee. If you don't see a box for personalizing please message us at: info@nutsaboutsquirrels.net.
Do you accept cancellations/returns?
If you order hasn't hit the 'processing' stage yet you may cancel it with a full refund. Once you get a processing message it means it's being built and will ship shortly. All sales are final due to boxes and feeders being custom made to order. If you insist on returning it it is done at your expense and a refund - a 25$ restocking fee will be sent.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We pack our products pretty well but an occasional accident might happen. If your product arrives damage, please send a picture within 24 hours and we will either send a part to help you fix it if it's minor or a new product if it's major damage.
Can I mount my box on a pole?
We do not recommend mounting boxes on poles for the following reasons:
-if the pole is out in the open you are inviting predators to swoop in and get a free snack -poles must be at least 12' tall to mount the box -boxes weigh up to 17 pounds so your pole must be able to support that
-poles make it harder for the squirrels to get in and out of If you still wish to mount your box on a pole it is your responsibility to figure out how to do it properly.
How big are the boxes?
All dimensions are listed under the product description. If your box is going in a cage please measure carefully.
